Terms and Conditions - Cuban Passport Service

By purchasing the Cuban Passport service offered by All Travel USA, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of the service

All Travel USA is a private, independent business providing assistance with the preparation, review, digitization, organization and handling of documents. All Travel USA is not a consular office, government entity, agency of the Cuban government or official representative of the Cuban Consulate.

We assist customers in preparing their applications and handling the related documentation based on the information and documents they provide.

2. We do not decide whether a passport is approved

Approval, issuance, renewal, denial and all other decisions concerning a passport belong exclusively to the consulate, immigration authorities or other competent government agencies. All Travel USA cannot guarantee approval or issuance, a particular approval or delivery date, processing time, that no additional documents or clarifications will be requested, or that requirements, procedures, fees or policies will remain unchanged after submission.

Purchasing our services does not guarantee a favorable result or a particular processing time.

3. Our commitment to the customer

All Travel USA will provide its service diligently and reasonably review the information supplied by the customer before preparing and handling the application. Depending on the service purchased, we will prepare the application using the customer's information, review the data, identify missing documents when detected, organize the required documentation, process included photos and documents when applicable, transmit the information the customer confirmed, and notify the customer when we receive a request for additional information about the case.

The customer will have an opportunity to review and confirm the application data before finishing.

4. Responsibility for information provided

The customer is responsible for providing truthful, complete and current information, including names, dates and places of birth, parental and family details when relevant, passport details, addresses, marital status, photos, birth certificates, previous passports and all other requested documents.

All Travel USA is not responsible for delays, denials, additional requests or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or false information or defective documents supplied by the customer.

5. Customer review and confirmation

Technology that reads documents and suggests form answers is an assistance tool. The customer must carefully review all information before confirming and submitting the application. By finally accepting the data, the customer confirms that the displayed information is correct.

6. Errors attributable to All Travel USA

If an error in preparing the application is determined to have been caused directly by All Travel USA, while the original information supplied and confirmed by the customer was correct, All Travel USA will take reasonable steps to correct that error. This does not mean we can alter, accelerate or control a government decision.

External costs, government fees and third-party charges, if applicable, are governed by their respective policies and are not automatically the responsibility of All Travel USA.

7. Additional documentation

Each case is different. A consulate or other competent authority may request additional documents, certificates, originals, clarifications, corrections, interviews, identity or citizenship verification, new photos or other supporting evidence. Such a request does not by itself mean All Travel USA prepared the case incorrectly. The authorities may request the documentation they consider necessary to evaluate a case.

8. Processing times

Any processing time communicated to the customer is an estimate unless the responsible authority expressly says otherwise. Timelines may change because of application volume, consular processing, government verification, additional requests, holidays, transportation or delivery problems, regulatory changes or events outside our control. All Travel USA does not control the internal timelines of consulates, governments, immigration services or other outside entities.

9. No government affiliation

All Travel USA is a private business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, administered by or endorsed by the Cuban Consulate or government. We cannot request preferential treatment, change requirements, expedite government decisions or intervene in an applicant's individual evaluation. Our relationship with the customer is limited to the private services purchased.

10. Government decisions

A competent authority may approve, deny or suspend an application; request additional documentation; perform further verification; change applicable requirements; or determine that a different procedure is needed. These decisions are outside All Travel USA's control.

11. Scope of our fees

Fees paid to All Travel USA cover the professional and administrative services purchased, which may include preparation, review, organization, digitization, photos, document processing, handling and case management. Payment to All Travel USA is not payment for a guaranteed passport. Government, consular, shipping and other third-party charges may be included or charged separately as stated during checkout.

12. Customer communications

The customer agrees to provide valid contact details and keep communication channels available. If additional documents, corrections or information are needed, All Travel USA may contact the customer by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, the customer portal or another authorized channel. We are not responsible for delays caused by a customer's failure to provide requested information or documents on time.

13. No government or legal advice

Our assistance is limited to administrative and document services. Information from our personnel or system helps with the process but is not legal advice or an official government decision. Customers needing specialized legal advice should consult a qualified attorney or other authorized professional.

14. Acceptance

By accepting these terms, signing electronically or continuing to payment, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these terms; understand that All Travel USA is a private business, not the Cuban Consulate; understand that the final decision belongs to the competent authorities and that neither approval nor a specific processing time is guaranteed; confirm that the information they provided is correct; and authorize All Travel USA to prepare and handle the documentation necessary for the purchased service.

15. Privacy and use of information

Passport applications may contain sensitive personal information and documents. All Travel USA uses this information to provide, administer and follow up on the requested service, except when a legal obligation applies or sharing with a provider or authority directly involved in the service is necessary. We do not sell or market customers' personal information.

Information supplied through our forms, portal, communications and uploads is used to prepare and administer the service, verify information, process payments, communicate with customers, prepare documents, keep service records, meet legal and administrative obligations, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access. We do not use customer documents for unrelated purposes without a valid basis or appropriate authorization.

16. Data protection and security

All Travel USA uses reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures designed to protect customer information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, improper disclosure and fraudulent use. Where appropriate, these measures may include encryption in transit or storage, access controls and other safeguards suitable for the information being processed. Internal access to sensitive information should be limited to authorized staff who need it to provide the service.

17. Customer account security

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. They should use a strong password, not share it or let others use their account, tell us if they suspect unauthorized access and sign out of shared or public devices. Sharing credentials with family, friends, agents or others may put personal information at risk.

18. Identity verification and document pickup

To help prevent unauthorized delivery, completed documents and services should be delivered to the applicant or a person authorized in advance under our procedures. All Travel USA may request valid ID, identity confirmation, a reference number, signature, written authorization or other reasonable verification before releasing documents. We will not deliver sensitive documents to an unauthorized third party. We may ask for evidence when someone else has been authorized to pick them up.

19. Payment security

All Travel USA uses additional controls to help protect credit and debit card transactions. Where available and applicable, these may include 3D Secure, card-issuer checks, address verification, antifraud and risk analysis, device and IP checks, unusual-payment-pattern detection, repeated-attempt controls and additional authentication. These tools are intended to reduce unauthorized payments and protect customers and All Travel USA.

20. Suspicious transactions or activity

For security, All Travel USA may temporarily stop a transaction, request further verification, reject a payment method, limit repeated attempts, ask for another payment method, temporarily suspend account access or contact the customer to verify an operation. Precautionary action may be prompted by repeated payment attempts, different IP addresses, unusual devices, mismatched information or payment-processor alerts. It does not necessarily mean fraud has occurred.

21. Secure communications

When sensitive information is needed, we will seek to use channels designated for the service. Customers should not send passwords, complete card details or other highly sensitive data through ordinary email, SMS or messaging not intended for that purpose. When a secure portal is available, it should be used for document uploads whenever possible.

22. Customer documents and files

Uploaded documents may be retained for a reasonably necessary period to complete the service, keep case records, manage claims, meet legal obligations and address later requests concerning the same application. Retention and deletion policies may vary with the case and applicable legal obligations.

23. Staff access

Not all employees should have access to all customer information. Where technically possible, access should be role-based and limited to authorized staff with a service-related need. The system may keep records of certain case activities for security, auditing and internal control.

24. Preventing unauthorized access

All Travel USA may use session controls, unusual-login alerts, additional identity verification, termination of suspicious sessions, temporary lockout after failed attempts, security activity logs and limits on access from suspicious devices or locations.

25. Service providers

We may use technology providers, payment processors, communications platforms, storage services and other third parties needed to provide the service. Any customer information they need should be limited to what is reasonably necessary and subject to applicable security and confidentiality obligations.

26. Customer responsibility for document security

Customers should not share document photos with strangers or post personal documents on social media. Use only verified All Travel USA channels, confirm that you are on the correct website before entering information, do not share verification codes and do not let others use your account.

27. Verification before important changes

For security, we may request renewed verification before changing personal information, document delivery arrangements, email or phone, account recovery details, authorized pickup persons or other sensitive case information.

28. Confidentiality

We intend to handle customer information confidentially and use it only in connection with requested services and legitimate operational, security and compliance needs. Customer trust and information protection are essential to our service.

29. Cancellation and refunds

Passport services handled by All Travel USA are nonrefundable once the application has been prepared and sent to the consulate, competent authority or provider responsible for the next processing step, except where applicable law requires otherwise. After that point, All Travel USA does not directly control processing and cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be accepted, that the case can be stopped or that government, consular, administrative, shipping or other third-party fees will be returned. Delays, requests for more documents, suspensions, denials or other official decisions do not by themselves make the service refundable.

Our fees cover work such as preparation, review, digitization, organization, handling and administration. Once this work has been done and the case has been sent, the service is considered substantially performed regardless of how long an authority takes to decide.

Before the application is sent: If the customer requests cancellation, any possible refund depends on the work already performed and nonrecoverable costs or third-party charges. All Travel USA may deduct services already provided and nonrecoverable charges from an authorized refund.

After the application is sent: Cancellation and refunds are not available, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This applies even if the customer's plans change, the authority takes longer than expected, additional documents are requested, the case is denied or suspended, requirements change, the customer delays a response or other circumstances arise outside our control.

Government and third-party charges: Consular and government fees, shipping and other amounts paid to third parties are subject to those parties' policies. All Travel USA cannot require a government or third party to issue a refund.
