Choosing a charter flight to Cuba
Search flights to and from Cuba with All Travel USA. Compare the full itinerary, not just the price: dates, airports, schedules, baggage and fare conditions may differ between outbound and return segments.
Confirm your route and dates
Choose origin, destination and trip type. When comparing results, check the date and airports for each segment, especially when combining destinations or returning from another city.
Review baggage and fare terms
Check the allowance for each segment and cabin. Distinguish baggage included in your ticket from bags payable to the supplier at the airport, and review change and cancellation terms.
Check details before ticketing
Review names, date of birth, documents and itinerary before accepting. Requesting a flight does not mean a ticket has been issued: wait for your booking confirmation and travel documents.
Frequently asked questions about flights to Cuba
Which Cuba charter routes are listed in the catalog?
The inventory reviewed on October 24, 2026 lists these routes and their return flights: from Miami (MIA) to Havana (HAV), Camaguey (CMW), Holguin (HOG), Santa Clara (SNU), Santiago de Cuba (SCU) and Varadero (VRA); from Tampa (TPA) to Havana (HAV), Holguin (HOG) and Santa Clara (SNU); and from Fort Myers (RSW) to Havana (HAV) and Santa Clara (SNU). The catalog also lists departures from Havana and Holguin to Georgetown, Guyana (GEO); this does not confirm the reverse direction. Schedules vary by operator and season: a listed route does not guarantee daily flights or seats on a particular date. Check outbound and return dates in the search form or ask our team for help. This list represents our catalog, not every flight operating in Cuba.
Does the search include American Airlines, Southwest and other scheduled airlines?
For now, the search shows charter flights, not scheduled services from airlines such as American Airlines or Southwest. We plan to add scheduled airlines and will announce availability once the integration is enabled; there is no confirmed launch date. An airline's absence from our search does not mean it does not operate flights. Contact our team to discuss other options for your trip.
How do I check charter routes and availability?
Enter airports and dates in the search form. Options depend on available inventory for that route and day; operators do not all fly daily or serve the same destinations. If no option appears, contact our team before arranging the rest of your trip.
Does manual confirmation mean the flight is unavailable?
No. 'Manual confirmation' means your request needs additional review before confirmation and ticketing; it does not mean the flight is sold out. For our Cuba charter bookings, we verify seats, fare and itinerary with the supplier, along with traveler details and documents, applicable travel and OFAC requirements and payment validation. This review does not guarantee availability or mean that OFAC must individually approve every booking. We will communicate confirmation or available alternatives. Wait for confirmation and an issued ticket before treating your trip as finalized.
Which OFAC requirements should I review before traveling to Cuba?
Persons subject to U.S. jurisdiction must meet an applicable travel authorization and its conditions; tourist travel is not authorized. Selecting a category or signing a declaration is not enough on its own. Restrictions on transactions and entities also apply. Our team requests information needed to review your booking, but that review does not replace your obligations or constitute individual OFAC authorization. Consult official sources and qualified advice if unsure. These rules are not exclusive to charter flights.

How can I pay for my flight reservation?
All Travel USA accepts credit and debit cards, cash at our offices, Zelle, wire transfers and ACH. Confirm the instructions and deadline in your quote before paying. We take security and fraud prevention seriously: card payments are subject to verification and may require cardholder authorization, identity documentation and 3D Secure authentication when applicable. Do not share banking passwords or codes with our team. Payment alone does not confirm seats or replace ticket issuance. Charges collected by the supplier at the airport, such as additional baggage, are reviewed and paid separately under its terms.
Which documents and details should I review before ticketing?
Check first and last names exactly as shown on the travel document, date of birth, passport and validity, itinerary and contact details. Entry, visa or eVisa, residency and travel authorization requirements depend on your circumstances and applicable rules. Confirm them before accepting and paying; do not assume a ticket replaces those documents. Report errors before ticketing, because later corrections may require supplier approval or involve charges.
Can I search one-way, round-trip or multi-city flights?
The search offers one-way, round-trip and multi-city options. Check each segment separately: origin, destination, date and cabin. An available outbound flight does not guarantee a return on your preferred date.
How many bags does my ticket include?
This depends on the charter operator or airline, fare, cabin and segment. Check the quantities and weight limits listed for both outbound and return flights. If baggage information is missing, ask for confirmation before accepting; missing information does not mean free baggage.
Where do I pay for bags not included in my ticket?
Airline or charter baggage charges not included in your ticket are payable to the supplier at the airport. All Travel USA displays them as information to help you plan; they are not automatically added as an agency charge.
What does it cost to change or cancel a flight?
Conditions depend on the supplier, fare and advance notice. A change may involve a fare difference, supplier penalty and agency charges, which should be explained separately. Do not assume a ticket is refundable or that a change is confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved.
Does requesting or accepting a trip confirm my ticket?
Not on its own. A request and acceptance are separate steps from supplier confirmation and ticket issuance. Check your reservation status and the documents sent by All Travel USA before considering your trip confirmed.
